1. Any change such color, design, size or wrong purchased from the customer is not allowed.
2. Return or exchange goods purchased during the promotion/sale period is not allowed.
3. Exchanges are only allowed if the customer receives damaged, wrong size or color with the ordered goods only. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn & in the same condition as when purchased.
4. For the exchange of damaged items, the customer must return the goods within 7 days after receiving the package from HQ. The customer must inform the HQ before make delivery.
5. New items will be processed within 5-7 working days to be sent back to the customer.
